3rd Session of the 4th Synod: "In Times Like This, Go Forward"

The Anglican Diocese of the Trinity (ADOTT) held the 3rd Session of the 4th Synod from July 5th to 7th, 2024, at the Anglican Church of the Redeemer in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. The Synod was centered on the theme “In Times Like This, Go Forward” (Esther 4:14; Exodus 14:14–15), inspiring delegates to embrace faith and courage as they navigate challenging times.

Highlights of the events include, the Opening Service on Saturday, July 6, 2024, at 8:00 AM CST, to mark the commencement of the Synod, Presentation and Launching of the Bishop’s Charge delivered by The Rt. Rev’d Dr. Olukayode Adebogun, Diocesan Bishop of ADOTT, Synod Revival and concluded with the Synod Thanksgiving Service held on Sunday, July 7, 2024, at 10:00 AM CST.

The Synod brought together clergy, lay delegates, and observers from across the Diocese, fostering unity, reflection, and a renewed commitment to the Church’s mission. The Bishop’s Charge emphasized the importance of moving forward in faith, despite the uncertainties of the present time, drawing inspiration from the lives of Esther and the Israelites.
